Standard Service Rates and Instructions

Standard Service Rates (NOT INCLUDING FORENSIC WORK) are $64.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. After the first hour, we charge in thirty-minute increments. If the call is within the City of Hutto ETJ (Extra Terrestrial Jurisdiction), there is a $10.00 travel charge. Outside of the Hutto ETJ, the travel charge is $15.00. For service calls outside of Williamson and northern Travis counties we reserve the right to add a per mile charge of .$0.38 per mile plus travel time for our Technician. Please call and we will make arrangements so you will know your travel charge before we start.

If you have a working broadband connection to the Internet we can assist you remotely. We have the capability to easily connect to your PC from our office. We can view and control your system just as if we were at your location. Charges for this service are exactly as if we were sitting at your machine, but without any travel charges.

You may also avoid travel charges by bringing your machine to our office at 113 East St. in historic downtown Hutto. Always call first for an appointment.

If you have a desktop, please bring the CPU (the "box") without any cords and also bring any CDs or DVDs that came with your machine when purchased. If you have a laptop, please bring the computer, the external power supply, and any CDs or DVDs that came with your machine when purchased. If you do not have your disks, we can find your drivers over the Internet.

Special Projects & Training

Sometimes you may require a special project such as work on multiple computers, training, removing infections from several machines, consulting on a new network installation, security consultation, a large data recovery project or other special needs beyond the scope of a standard service call. If you feel that your needs meet that criteria please call us and special arrangements can be made to reduce your overall costs.
