Things You Should Know Before Choosing a Forensic Examiner in the State of Texas
Are They Certified in either EnCase or FTK? Many Courts will only accept EnCase or FTK Certifications to qualify your examiner as an expert witness.
Do they hold a Class 'C' or a Class 'A' Private Investigators License? In Texas it is not sufficient to simply be a licensed Private Investigator. One must also hold a Manager's Level PI License or be working under a Manager's License
How much experience does your examiner have? Has your examiner ever testified in court?
